We are a mother-daughter team. We serve and represent buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords of primarily residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Houston area — from moderately priced homes to multimillion-dollar estates.

We are Owner/broker Annie Chen and Managing Broker Julie Yau Tam, Top 20 Under 40: Rising Stars in Real Estate (Houston Association of REALTORS®, 2016).

And we have several agents, broker-associates, and office team members ready to serve you.
